A powerful wind storm that preceded the rainfall on Thursday (yesterday) night did more harm than good to some physically challenged people at an Orphanage complex in Minna, Niger state... The victims were evacuated and taken to a hospital by officials of the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) late in the night...
