They met in the line of duty in Borno State. Blessing Tunoh, from Adamawa State, was there to cover the menace of the Boko Haram insurgence, while ASP Emmanuel Asso, from Taraba State, was there to maintain peace and order.
Along the line, Blessing and her camera were displaced, following a bomb blast and Emmanuel was on hand to give them a temporary shelter. From there, they became friends and today, they are tying the knot.
