Last month, U.S-based Dr. Bartum Kulah, accused Ghanaian actor, Van Vicker of sleeping with his wife, Clarice Ford-Kulah, an allegation the wife denied. Now the husband has come out to apologize.... bt ppl r saying Van Vicker shldnt accept it....
