UNIPORT students protest after one of their classmates dies

 Kel was a 2nd year student of Theatre and Film department, UNIPORT. She collapsed while having a bath around 5am yesterday and was rushed to the Emergency unit of the University of Port harcourt teaching Hospital. According to her friend, UPTH allegedly rejected her, saying there was no bed space. She was then rushed to a private hospital that referred her back to UPTH. She unfortunately died before getting there. This morning angry students protested her death, saying Kel was left unattended to from 6am until 12noon when she gave up . The students locked the doctors, nurses and medical staff inside the teaching hospital.. And ordered no entry or exit into the hospital.. They also blocked the federal road (Bayelsa road ) leading to the hospital and have been protesting ever since.

Late Co-Pilot Of Kaduna Helicopter Crash Who Was Set To Marry In December

A selfie of a co-pilot who tragically died on Saturday, August 29, as a result of the Nigerian Air Force helicopter crash in Kaduna has been circulating in the Internet. It should be recalled that the aircraft fell down about 10 minutes after the take-off en route to Abuja yesterday morning. All the seven people on board the jet died, which was confirmed by the NAF authorities. The victims of the accident were the pilot, the co-pilot, two engineers and three passengers. While the officials are yet to provide the names of the deceased, a photo of Keyinde Olaniyan, who was said to have been a co-pilot of the ill-fated helicopter, has gone viral. According to the reports, he got engaged in May, with his wedding scheduled for December. It has been also provided that the Air force secondary School Ikeja sent condolences to the family of the young man.

Professor Ighalo Wins N58Million In Sports Bet

A Professor of Computer Engineering at the Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma, Edo State, Godwin Ighalo, has won the sum of N58,945,553, after placing bets with N800 in 1960Bet.

It is the biggest sum ever won in the history of sports betting in Nigeria. The sexagenarian accomplished the feat after placing bets on two different bet slips of N500 and N300.

On the N500 ticket, Prof Ighalo won N36,840,971.25 while the N300 slip won him N22,104,582.75. Ighalo, who was accompanied by two of his relatives, on Wednesday, received his cheque at the head office of the country’s top sports betting company in Lagos.

Please Advice: Did I Do The Right Thing In This Situation??

My landlord and his wife, along with some other neighbors think I'm a wicked person that doesn't like children. This is because I don't allow their children come to play in my apartment. Let me tell you the short story:

I moved in about 7 months ago, and my landlord lives just beside my flat. Everyday, his children (ages 2, 6 and 9) always come to knock that they want to come and play. Sometimes they say they want to watch cartoons since I have a dstv.
